Hervé Didailler

Hervé Didailler became a private chef after spending 20 years working in restaurants. The French-born culinary artist now cooks for wealthy business owners and their families, traveling across the U.S. Didailler was also the chef-owner of the Savannah bistro Papillotte, before selling it in 2013.
