Antonio Orlando

Antonio Orlando has been working in the culinary industry for more than fifty years. Antonio's cooking was first seen at world renowned restaurants like Valentino in Santa Monica, California. He would eventually leave and open his own series of successful restaurants, Fresco, Cavallino and IL Palino. 

Fast forward fifteen years and his son Alexsandro has followed in his footsteps by creating a fast, casual, build your own concept, where Antonio can be found still serving his family recipes from his hometown in Southern Italy.
