Executive Chef Geoff Johnson brings an array of modern dishes that are created with progressive culinary techniques. Chef Geoff further explores these entrees with his creative spectrum of additions, embellishments and subtractions, while remaining true to the traditional flavors of the past.
His love of cooking came from his grandmother. Geoff, a New Jersey native would go on to rise through the ranks with a self-taught approach. The numerous experiences, restaurants and positions gave Geoff a well-rounded understanding and foundation to many dishes but more so, all the options and ideas that could go along with them.
Chef Chef Johnson's career is varied and includes Food Stylist for Food Network Chefs, hosted three James Beard Awards, the premier episode of Bravo TV series, Rocco's Dinner Party and Beat Bobby Flay.
