Career highlights include: preparing two sold out dinners at The James Beard House, appearing on the Today Show for their Dinner in the Sky segment, launching the PEAS Foundation which raises funding to provide fresh fruits and vegetables to food insecure households and launching his Snowbirds Vintners brand.
