A native of the Phililppines, Chef Jevic Acain assumed the role of Regional Executive Chef for Compass Group in 2015.
Trained at the Culinary Academy of California in San Francisco, Chef Acain has worked at some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants on the West Coast, including the Market Cafe' at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort and Spa, Lael's Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego and working for celebrity chef Masaharu Morimoto.
Acain decided to relocate to Washington to pursue a role as Corporate Executive Chef for Madison Holdings Inc. and opened multiple restaurant concepts in Seattle, Los Angeles and San Francisco prior to joining Compass Group.
