Justin Burdett is the chef-owner of Local Provisions, a Modern Southern restaurant located in downtown Asheville. Burdett pays special attention to sourcing locally and cooking light, using lesser-known ingredients. He follows the root-to-leaf philsophies of chefs he's worked under, like Steven Satterfield and Hugh Acheson. Local Provisions is Burdett's first original concept restaurant that is becoming an Asheville favorite.
