Chef Marc Albino continues to make his mark on central New York as Executive Chef and Managing Partner of Rosalie’s Cucina in Skaneateles. Rosalie’s features traditional Tuscan food in a fine dining setting. Chef Albino has designed an amazing food truck that is used at special events and weddings at Anyela’s Vineyard. The chef’s creativity and innovation does not end with the food truck. He has also designed a gluten free menu and vegan and vegetarian items for their patrons. Chef Albino said, "we are now moving to small farm proteins and hormone free organic chicken. We do our best to use local farmers when possible and we have a 100' herb garden outside our restaurant used daily in season." His menu keeps in touch with traditional favorites while also satisfying diners with a look and taste of new and future food trends.
