Thomas Kacherski and his wife Becky opened Crew Restaurant in May of 2009. Together, they've created a casual and modern environment in the Hudson Valley, dedicated to local and organic fare. Thomas is a 2001 graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. Crew offers an extern program, where CIA students gain extensive training on site. Many of the chefs who work at Crew are from the Culinary Institute.
