Anne Quatrano is known as the Grand Dame of Atlanta cuisine. Her restaurant Bacchanalia has been touted as one of Atlanta's premier fine dining experiences since opening in 1993. She and her husband Clifford run many other concepts, as well as the Summerland Farm homestead that grows the produce for her eateries.
