Marc Albino is the Executive Chef/ Managing Partner of Rosalie’s Cucina in Skaneateles, New York. Rosalie’s features traditional Tuscan food in a fine dining setting and offers catering for high-end weddings and events. Albino graduated with high honors from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh where he was voted student council president and most likely to succeed. Immediately following graduation, Albino became manager for Marriott International at the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort & Spa, a four star, four diamond resort located in Lexington, Kentucky. Years later, he moved to Birmingham, Alabama and opened Ocean Restaurant as a managing partner, receiving the Governor’s Award for Culinary Excellence. Albino continues to make a mark on Central New York as a consultant for several other restaurants and catering facilities in the area.
